Film Cooling From Inclined Holes: Instantaneous spanwise voritcity shows two major regions of high turbulence activity: in the hole due to a sharp turn from the plenum into the hole, and above the jet wake where the shear layer between the low-speed wake and the high-speed crossflow exists. |
